The Dish Room in Burlington

This place is quite the gem! My wife and I always stop here when traveling between Denver and Kansas. You would expect food this good to be at in downtown Denver and cost a fortune. The sweet corn tamales and street tacos I had this time was $17. We've also tried the burgers, salads, and other appetizers and we've never been disappointed. The staff are super friendly and accommodating when it comes to food allergies. They also love it when we bring our dog; they have a nice outdoor patio area that's great for a pet or to enjoy the afternoon sun. Per COVID: signage is up and all staff are wearing their masks appropriately. Social distancing between tables is good.Definitely worth making a pit stop as you travel through.

Food was tasty and great. Smoked brisket was delicious and tender. Ate outside and the staff was very pleasant. Wear a face mask to come in and eat outside. The gas fire pit is nice to chill by too.
